• We operate as a manufacturer and direct supplier of sneakers.

2. Products & Orders

• Product images are for reference purposes; actual items may have minor variations in color or detailing due to lighting, manufacturing, or batch differences.
  
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  
• Minimum order quantities may apply for bulk/vendor orders.
  

3. Payments

• We follow a 50-50 payment structure: 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation. 50% before dispatch/shipping of the order.
  
• Payments must be made only through the approved payment channels shared by us.
  

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery timelines are 30–45 days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
  
• Shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance, transportation, or unforeseen circumstances.
  
• Risk of loss/damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier/logistics partner.
  

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products and order process, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed and confirmed.
  
• Any manufacturing defects or wrong shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with proof (photos/videos). We will review and resolve on a case-by-case basis.
  

6. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact details.
  
• We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
  
• If you are purchasing as a vendor, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws and resale practices.
  

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
  
• Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.
